A nice hotel and a wonderful breakfast

A nice hotel with pool and sauna among many nice things to do. Wonderful breakfast. Complicated check-in procedure if you have a car.

Staff is always very nice and facilities are excellent. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Our shower was broken but fixed immediately 👍 On the negative side, digital check in not easy, charged a security deposit and that has not bern refunded when we checked out, not okay. Tapas restaurant had very slow service, not the waiters fault, only 2 on duty, they were hustling. Food still good but experience not as good as before

Luxurios hotel with exellent service and facilliti

A beautiful and luxurious hotel that truly lives up to expectations. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are stunning and well-maintained. The hotel offers a varied and modern selection of fitness and activity options, perfect for both relaxation and a more active stay. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection and high quality. On top of that, the welcome was warm and the service throughout the stay was outstanding. Highly recommended!

Nice, clean and well facilitated hotel. Great location within walking distance from the beach. Spacious room, even with four. We enjoyed the free tennis in the court outside. The only downside was the buffet dinner, we would have preferred a simple fresh plate service/a la carte. Besides this we had a wonderful stay. Would recommend to others and if ever on our route would return again.

Great famyly hotel with short walk to the beach

Nice breakfast and great facilities for a family with teenagers. Not so easy for people who don't know German as signs and information was only in German. Our sofabed was not made up and towels where missing although we booked for four persons. It was still not done for the evening as they promised. It worked out in the end thanks to the friendly night portier. The bowling area was not so clean. Pool table cues broken.

Elegant facility with a few wrinkles

Overall we liked the hotel, spacious room, comfy bed and welcoming staff. Fabulous pool area and we tried the tapas restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. What didn’t go well. I used chat function to advise we would bring our dog and got a response this was no problem. When we arrived at 17:30 they had no record of this. They were nice about it and brought a dog kit to our room shortly after check in. Our room was not completely set up, no robes, slippers or towels for the room. Toiletries you would expect in the bathroom were also missing. When we went to reception about 9:30 the very kind young man on duty had to scramble to get robes for us from unoccupied rooms as they were out. We were a bit disappointed in the attention to detail but the staff did help out to fix missing items. Maybe there needs to be a quality check on rooms? Lastly trying to put the key card in the receptacle to initiate power in the room is quite difficult in the dark, maybe have a motion light as in the closet to remedy this? Breakfast was picked over before 11am, no rolls or fresh bread, croissants were scorched, even though it should be open until noon. Hot items were cold. This could be better We do hope to stay again, so I hope you’ll take the feedback as constructive not merely complaining. Much about your hotel is truly excellent

Overall great hotel for a fun getaway

The hotel was incredible amenities and staff are very nice, rooms are spacious, breakfast has great variety. Temperature control in room is lacking, only heating available, would be too warm in summer and no screens on windows to leave them open in the evening.

Schöne Zimmer. Die Logik bei der Frühstücksbuchung ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Vor 10:00 Uhr angenehm, nach 10:00 Uhr extrem voll. 09:00 Uhr nicht buchbar. Frühstück bis 12:00 Uhr, ab 10:00 Uhr wurde kein Lachs mehr nachgelegt. Preise in der Bar extrem hoch. Billardtisch im Spielzimmer unbespielbar.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, leider hatten wir Untergeschoß mit dem Blick zu Baustelle. Personal war sehr freundlichen. Es wäre schön wenn den Kegelbahnen alle funktionieren . Schwimmbad war sehr groß und sauber, Duschkabine und Umkleidekabine müssen renoviert werden. Frühstück war sehr gut .

Es war alles perfekt, ich habe nichts auszusetzen. Frühstücksbüffet war großartig und reichhaltig. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Einziger, kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die extra buchbaren Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze aber die sind sehr eng.

Wir waren für ein Wellness Wochenende da war super paar Kleinigkeiten waren es 3 Fahrstühle aber nur 2 Funktionierten und wo das Treppenhaus war war nicht gut ausgeschildert oder hinter verschlossenen Türen. Der Sauner Bereich war nicht ganz sauber sonst war es gut!
