The hotel is in a dubious area of town. The receptionist at check in was rather rude and not helpful. check out was better with a different person. overall a mediocre experience.

Auf Expedia wurde mit Frühstück möglich angeboten, aber es gab überhaupt kein Frühstück. Zudem sind die Zimmerpreise vor ort 10 € billiger als auf Expedia. Hotel ist in einem Hinterhof, das aussieht wie ein Ghetto. Zimmer waren sauber, aber die Toilette mit Dusche so klein, das man kaum auf die Toilette konnte.

Points of improvement

My stay was cool, the staff friendly and spoke good English. However cleanliness is not as seen on the website. For example the red theme was a nightmare as its all faded and needs replacement. The bookshelf dusty, it brought lots of sneezing when I tried to search a material for reading. Breakfast will not available and this was misleading for me from the website (its one of the reasons I chose the hotel, only to be told on arrival that they don't serve breakfast)

Nachdem der "alte Geschäftsführer" wieder eingesetzt wurde ,ist das Hotel wieder empfehlenswert! Negativ ist das Wifi ! Kein Aufzug ! Für ältere Personen nicht empfehlenswert !

大学街だが静か

　街の中心から西に約1.5kmで一見団地の中のようだが、大学施設も混在し学生の往来で活気がある。駐車場は敷地内専用で注射は安心。室内設備はやや古いが、シャワー室が独立している。デスクワークが少し不便なので家具の更新があると良い。

Ein gutes Hotel wurde heruntergewirtschaftet

Der bei der Reservierung geäußerte Wunsch : ein Zimmerauf dem ersten Stock (da ich Arthrose habe und das Hotel keinen Fahrstuhl besitzt ) wurde trotz 9 Tagen Differenz zwischen Resevierung und einchecken nicht erfüllt! Der Wunsch nach einem zusätzlichen Hantuch ( da große Hitze mehrfaches Duschen erforderte) wurde erst nach mehrfachen Nachfragen 2 Tage später erfüllt. Ein tägliches Reinigen des Raumes und ersetzen der Bettwäsche erfolgt nicht mehr ! Das Frühstück ist dürftig! Es ist nicht möglich ,während des Tages ,nach dem Frühstück einen Kaffee oder andere Getränke zu ordern. Erfahrene Mitarbeiter an der Reception wurden durch unerfahrene Hilfskräfte ersetzt. Eine kleine eigebaute Arbeitsablage im Raum ,kann nicht genutzt werden ,da kein Verlängerungskabel vorhanden ist und ein Stromanschluß an der Arbeitsablage fehlt.

OK hotel

A bit out of the way, 30 minutes walk to city center. The staff were polite but not very welcoming, probably just a cultural thing, rather than UK where you are welcomed like a long lost brother and of course it is all a show.

A normal budget hotel, nothing flashy. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was basic but good. This was just an overnight stop for us and it did the trick.

Just me.

You may be a little hesitant as you pull up to the location but do not worry, it is much nicer on the inside than the outside and surrounding neighborhood will suggest. The hotel is a twenty-minute walk to each of the main squares and this is why I choose this particular hotel. The bed was enormous, the room was clean, and the breakfast was fine. It's a good deal for the price and I'd stay here again if I were to return to Timisoara.

Buon servizio

Albergo bello e ben tenuto costruzione moderna nella zona universitaria di Timisoara, parte del personale parla anche Italiano, nelle vicinanze si trova una strada pedonale con numerosi posti dove poter mangiare, la distanza dal centro storico è di circa 10 minuti a piedi, nel complesso una buona soluzione.
