"Room was nice with a great view. Pool was closed for renovations but no noise at all. Only complaint was I could not easily find the rooftop area. I tried two elevators and ended up watching the sunrise from the beach. "

"The place is a roadside motel. We stayed in an efficiency unit, but did not cook there. It was very expensive, but clean. There was a very strong odor of pesticide, but no signs of pests. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfy."

"We were turned away at 2:30 am, after we paid and called to confirm late check-in. We were told that there was no room for us and that the hotel was typically overbooked anyway. And we have not gotten a refund yet after almost 3 days."

"Valet could use a little more ability to converse and help with loading and unloading. Instead of always running back to their phones I tip 5$ or more for each interaction and it didn’t seem like they were at work for their positions. They were nice don’t get me wrong just not attentive to customers. Restaurant understaffed. But waitress extremely good at her job. Didn’t feel welcomed when arrive in side. Seem to have to ask front desk questions they should have already put forth effort to do. Wasn’t a long stay There was one gentleman that went beyond his usual job to help with my items up to room. I believe he was a higher up guy. Very nice. Made my day No carts were available Over good stay ?"

"The 2 bedroom 2 bath suite was clean and the fully furnished kitchen was well maintained with no problems. The balcony was clean and comfortable. The suite need some updating in the furniture and the bathroom need caulking in the shower/ bathtub area along with the bathtub glazing is peeling off… "

"It was okay. Not good by any means. I don’t think it was worth what I paid (even on Expedia). My room was decent, upstairs and relatively clean thank God. I read many poor reviews after booking (in my defense, they were posted literal days after I booked) and was genuinely terrified. I think my room was recently remodeled, bc the AC actually worked. It wasn’t the worst hotel on the road but it was pretty dang close. Bc of the location, I was scared to walk out of my room unnecessarily. As in, while waiting for my Uber after checking out, a windowless white van pulled in off the highway and the man inside rolled down the window saying that he could “take me for a ride.” If you’re in a group or with a male-presenting person, you’d probably be fine. If you’re a single female like me, I’d spend the extra $100 to avoid the irl child kidnapping van. The staff was nice tho. "
