the pool was the only really nice thing. the bathroom door didnt shut or lock. no a/c so got no sleep because i was sweating like crazy all night . no shampoo or soap etc. had a mini fridge that didnt work.

I did not stay there because when I arrived at the hotel at around 6pm they had given my confirmed room reservation to someone else!! There were 3 other couples who experienced the same situation. I want a refund from expedia.

La Peor Experiencia

Muy mala experiencia. En mi vida volveria a hospedarme en este hotel/motel, ni aunque fuese gratis. Edificio en mal estado, la habitacion con olor a sucio/polvo, regadera con bello o cabello, sin papel sanitario, sin A/C. No inspira confianza. Hay mejores opciones por el mismo precio o un poco mas pero con entera satisfaccion.

The reason I booked was proximity to where I was visiting I did not expect a palace but this place isn’t worthy of even two stars ie no towel bars no coat hangers rugs in poor condition no heat It was quiet and bed ok

Less than expected

The hotel was potentially good from the pictures and priced fair, however on closer experience I will not stay here again . The mattress was so old and worn out it was like a hammock. I booked the room because of the pool, but when I attempted to use the pool with my friends and her children they rudely asked for 25peso per person
