This place is a fraud, upon arrival to the Jolla del Mar there is no lobby or no one to give you access to the room. The telephone number on their website is to the leasing office which they have no information about your booking. The worst experience was with expedia, they couldn't help me get the room I booked through them or cancel the transaction even that I informed them about my situation and that I believe it was a fraud. They keep standing the policy even that the the policy doesn't mention anything about fraud. Pictures available upon request of me standing in front of the look gate .

We got stranded, I made reservations and called owner the phone number provided for booking informations once I arrived and a woman picked up saying it was the wrong number and that she is in Oaxaca. Luckliy we are only 2 hours away from home so we drove back took us 2 hrs to cross the border and another 2 to drive home. I contacted Expedia but as of now have not gotten a response because even they haven’t been able to contact the owner for this property.
