We had a great stay at Hotel Indigo Tijuana and it definitely exceeded our expectations! Great service from the moment we pulled up, with convenient valet parking and a parking garage. They even welcomed us with complimentary champagne, which was such a nice touch! The location was perfect, our room was clean and comfortable, and the city views from our room were beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend!

New hotel great location with many restaurants shopping coffee within walking distance. No driving needed. With a view room know you will have the noise of the clubs . Staff is very friendly. Valet only parking so be ready to exit vehicle in front of hotel curbside unloading luggage carts are available.

Unfortunately at the time we arrived it was already late around 8:30pm they told us that there were no rooms available, we were like 5 people waiting for a room, apparently they accept walk-ins without first securing those we already booked and paid, we waited almost 3 hours for a room..

Housekeeping was very haphazard. Some days we got hand towels and some we didn’t. Most days we did not get a shower mat. Some days we didn’t get wash cloths. When we called to request them, no one delivered anything, but if we went into the hall and found a housekeeper, they helped us. You really need to have 2 chairs and a side table !! There is a nice desk area, but no chair to work there!

The hotel was not ready for a long weekend, did not have enough people to clean the rooms, we waited almost 2 hours for our rooms to be ready and once they told us that they were ready the rooms were not fully clean, one of the rooms had a bad odor. I understand is a new hotel and it seems like management does not have enough cleaning crew. Overall bad experience.

Excelente experiencia de principio a fin. El hotel totalmente nuevo y de lujo, las instalaciones son elegantes y excelente ambiente Lo que más me gustó fue la atención del personal. Siempre fueron amables, atentos y con una actitud genuina de servicio. La habitación fue muy cómoda, impecablemente limpia, con muy buenos detalles y gran vista de la ciudad.
