All in all this is the best 4 star hotel in Tijuana and certainly for the price. The rooms are quiet and spacious, the check-in always good. Good location in the Zona Rio for restaurants. Rooms are nice and quiet with a good view. The lounge for breakfast is on the 32nd floor and has a great view of TJ- you can even see the USA.

Everyone inside hotel very friendly but the check in part very unclear didn’t give me any welcoming tour , even when asking for a map of hotel and what hotel had on site
Amazing stay, service very attentive.

Staff is very rude. Had to reactivate my key cards multiple times. Noisy neighbors. Don’t stay here !!

As always this Grand Hotel Tijuana offers the best customer service! The excellent treatment from the staff is the best, kudos to Victor de manager for his hospitality and warm welcome. We never disappointed with this selection to stay at this Hotel.

The place is huge and they have it all in here. Super clean place. Upstairs has stores and different places to buy stuff and get services like hair color and nails. We also loved the casino area. Very lovely stay. We will definitely stay here again.
