"I had stained towels, stained sheets, no knobs for the stove, no hair dryer, one one set of towels even though I put we have two adults and two children, the door was hard to open and shut, when I went to breakfast there were only waffles and I sat a big cockroach near the food, no apple or orange juice, baby cockroaches in the bread toaster."
