I had to move room as the a/c was not working properly nor was the wifi. I got upgraded to a suite which was nice however the 3 remaining rooms were without a fridge in the room, so no option to keep drinks cold. Staff lovely and responsive. Good food from the restaurant which was well priced. You need to drive a couple of km...

"This hotel with its wonderful staff was the highlight of our Bali trip! Nestled in the quiet, luscious hills of Northern Bali, 10 minutes from Lovina (and the amazing dolphin swim!), it really exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the tranquility away from the coast, yet the green, hillside location still offered distant views of the sea. "Nice pool, quiet location, easy access to street restaurants, shops, beach, etc. Hotel restaurant and breakfast is not that great, so thank goodness for nearby street restaurants and cafes. Would be great if staff services are improved and if cocktails were served. A nice pool, but no cocktails available onsite. Not likely to rebook this hotel and stay here again. Nicer hotels nearby for same rates."

"This place was one of our favorites that we stayed at while in Bali! We would have loved to stay longer but only got to stay one night here. The staff went above and beyond and were so friendly and took great care of us! It made it hard to leave! The property is so relaxing. The food that we had there, was some of my favorite food from the entire trip! When we arrived there to check in, they already had our meals waiting in our room for us which was great given we had been traveling in the car...
