Beautiful location in Badajoz; staff were excellent, lady at reception couldn’t do enough for us and the lady at breakfast was very helpful indeed. Would use again or recommend to friends and family. "Os acabamentos no hotel, que seja nos quarto, nos corredores, nas casas de banho, ..., estão muito além da expectativas e sobretudo pelo preço. No dia do check-in, pagamos o estacionamento e no dia do check-out queriam cobrar o valor outra vez. Tivemos que insistir e dizer que já se tinha pago mas com outro empregado. E o melhor de tudo, foi abrir o armário do quarto e encontrar duas peças de roupa de outros pessoas. Logo, será que as limpezas são feitas? Fica a duvida. "
