"This was probably one of the best properties that we stayed at on a 5 week trip across SE Asia! The staff at this hotel are all so helpful and go out of their way to make you comfortable. The bed was by far the comfiest bed I slept in the whole trip and I’m going home to try and find a supercharge pillow that they had! Also they have a buffet breakfast but also an ala carte menu included in your stay! Great location, great staff, comfortable and clean! "

They were always proactive in offering help and went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable. What impressed me most was their willingness to suggest great tourist spots and guide us with genuine care. Their support made the entire stay much more enjoyable. "Strange hotel! The bathroom door was completely see through with a weird window blind to put over it if you wanted privacy. The beds were hard and the stairs/lift system was weird. Only saving grace was the breakfast! Also wasn’t particularly quiet at night. Wouldnt recommend."

"The staff was so accommodating, the hotel was immaculately clean, we had an issue with our room, and the hotel immediately helped upgrade our room and move our items. I would probably never come back to Hanoi because of a few bad experiences with locals outside of the hotel but if I did I would definitely stay here."

"First time staying in this Hotel. Everything is fine. It is a bit dated compare to some major hotel. In terms of prices, this is on the high side compare to other hotel. But, it is good enough for me."
