"It's a little bit tired to be honest. The room was spacious and reasonably well equipped. But, the towel rail did not work and the heating system was a bit iffy, so getting the right temperature was a bit of a trial; and the first day was pretty chilly. The bathroom was odd as it was designed like a wet room, but the water did not like to drain into the shower area, so feet got wet every time I went into the bathroom - the water just laying there. "Great stay. The management and staff were so helpful and friendly. Cannot fault the hotel at all. Good location in a very interesting city. If you are interested in industrial archaeology, go down to the old transporter bridge (transbordeur in French)."

"A tranquil place to stay. The sea view was panoramic and there was easy and free parking in the road outside the hotel. The room was quiet and well designed with ample storage. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was very comfortable, though the pillows were rather flimsy. We slept well. The port area where there were restaurants and shops, was about 25 minutes walk away along the promenade."
