Nightmare. Avoid Yala Rent. Ruined my trip.

A complete nightmare that ruined my trip. I am still fighting to get back the money that I paid for this sh*thole. The posted pictures were of a modern bilevel apartment overlooking the Gallillee Sea. What I got was pigeon excrement outside of the window on cardboard, filthy walls, missing smoke detector, exposed electrical wires, dangerous mold in the bathroom and shower floor, and a bed that was fit for a prison cell. I drove three hours into the night only to turn around and leave. The view was of two burned out and abandoned buildings on either side of the balcony. My stay in the north was ruined and I was left exhausted and scrambling for last minute accommodations just before Shabbat. Hotel.com failed in protecting me and now I am left fighting for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs. Avoid Yala Rent. They are scammers and liars.

Mold and filth in shower. Didn’t even use and went home dirty.

Property has an excellent location. Comfortable Neds and good amenities. Great base camp if visiting northern Galilee region. Moti was attentive making sure we had everything we needed. The building and apartment are new and modern. Excellent TVs. I went in December with my wife and three kids.

This hotel is sneaky and dishonest, they charged us a cleaning fee that was never advertised, and they insisted it was on our reservation and it was NOT (confirmed with Orbitz). We had to pay if we wanted access to thier appartment! They did not want to deal this in person (so that we could show them our reservation), all over the phone. Terrrible!
