Very friendly and helpful staff throughout, lovely pool area, although the pool a bit cold this time of the year (May). Entertainment staff trying hard. Upgraded to all inclusive on arrival. "The hotel was very well maintained, the rooms were spacious and very clean with cleaning service every day. The gardens are immaculate. Breakfast was a good selection with lots of options. Lunch options at the snack bar were very reasonable with toasties and chips for €2,drinks were a good price too. All the staff are very helpful. The location is fabulous right by the beach, bus stop and a big super market and lots of bars and restaurants. We had a wonderful weekend of winter sun in Lanazarote."
