The design of the hotel is stunning—elegant, unique, and full of character, making you feel like you’re in a luxurious European palace right in the mountains of Sapa. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The facilities were top-notch, especially the indoor pool and the overall ambiance of the hotel. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore Sapa while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing environment. Overall, this hotel offers a truly memorable and luxurious experience. "The hotel is located in the busy street of Old Quarter. Very accessible to restaurants, basic groceries, and close to some attractions. They also have a good breakfast buffet but when we had to eat at 6:30am due to early pick up for the tour, they are not yet ready."

"The hotel was very nice and our rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the beds were very hard. It felt like we were sleeping on a boxspring without a mattress. "

"Tons of lodging options in Sapa, but this is a great choice for the savvy traveler. Close to the action (the lake is just steps away) but on a quiet side street, conveniently located between the town center and the always-interesting Sapa Market. The morning breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty offerings, and the folks at the front desk went above and beyond to help with logistics, recommendations, tours, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!"
