"Nice flat near Plymouth Uni and walking distance to local shops. Access was a bit painful as tbe access code did not work but soon resolved by contacting customer services. Some of the property info such as wifi network and password were not correct either so they need to update their comms. Otherwise the flat was comfortable and had enough cutlery and crockery for 4 (other than bowls). On site parking is a bonus but the open and overflowing trash bins were unsightly and not very welcoming"

The property is clearly advertised as having doors that open from the lounge to the outside sea front. On arriving at the property I found the doors from the lounge locked and no key available to unlock them. "I stayed at the Grand as I wanted to experience an old English style seaside holiday, I was not disappointed. I arrived by train and it was steps away from the station, only a short walk to the beach, shops and alternative places to eat. I Had two dinners in the restaurant, overlooking the sea which were both lovely. All the staff I met were helpful and friendly. The Hotel is full of old style charm and you just wouldn't get that in a new property so it is a unique place to stay and I would definitely return."
