"The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."

The property is clearly advertised as having doors that open from the lounge to the outside sea front. On arriving at the property I found the doors from the lounge locked and no key available to unlock them. Also All of the double sockets has usb port integration as well as the standard UK three pin plug. There are tea making facilities in the room, which is replenished everyday along with room service and cleaning. Leonardo's offer a buffet style breakfast this includes contenental and cooked English Breakfast. This is Eat as much as you like, and the price resinable. Leonardo Hotel is ideally located on the outskirts of the city centre, and is served by several regular bus services. ' The hotel, has its own restaurant and bar, that serves an all-you-can-eat Breakfast., Which consists of both continental and full English breakfast"
