Ford near Cold Christmas. The ford crosses the River Rib just west of the curiously named Cold Christmas and is in the Hertfordshire civil parish of Thundridge. The hotel was lovely and the staff are brilliant and very friendly and extremely helpful. My only complaint was the food ordered as room service was nearly cold by the time it arrived.
