The room was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond expectations! The dining hall food was delicious and very generous. The manager was extra helpful with showing me where to exchange currency and buying a converter plug for my American phone and computer. I will be staying here agin! Thank you for the excellent hospitality and good conversation :)

Incredible friendly front desk and support staff. Param and his associates at the reception were very helpful. Their travel desk arranged intercity vehicle flawlessly. I Great location. Clean room, plenty of electrical outlets. Excellent running hot and cold water with very good pressure. Tasty good selection for the included breakfast makes it easy to get going in the morning I would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Clear modus operandi of this hotel is to be a front for other lesser known and far off hotels in the city. I was denied my reservation despite it being a pre-paid from expedia.
