I went for my birthday and I was solo. The location was a bit far from tourist things to do. However, the hotel helped setup taxi and have a shuttle which I used a lot to get into town or go the beach. Akiel the driver always was on time and professional. When you first come in and see Shevika at the desk. She remembered my birthday and always kept a smile on her face.

Staff are absolutely great, yes this is an older property but it has great sea views a beautiful beach a few steps away and a team that go over and above to make you enjoy yourself.

Best stay ever! Lost my phone tho and security was not helpful at all!! But everyone and everything else there … could not complain! Staff even put together a little birthday set up for my 4 year old and he loved it!

They did not honor my availability to upgrade me since I’m A gold VIP member , I was extremely disappointed …the place looked so empty ,but overall it was well maintained with beautiful location and if you not there before 4pm there’ll be nobody there to greet you or to assist, so get there early lol
