This Holliday Inn is a lovely property that is very clean and quiet. I had the best customer service experience. Marie is the manager, and she went above and beyond to help us with our accommodations. She is a great example of a wonderful manager who really cares about her customers. I also met her daughter Dallas, she is also really good at her job and very informative and super sweet. I rarely give reviews, but if you are traveling through and need a place to stay that makes you feel at home, this is it!

Super impressed by all of Thomasville. So clean and friendly residents. Jonah’s Fush abd Grist’s was a wonderful surprise in great food from pasta to salads, seafood, nummy hush puppies! A must Holiday Inn did not disappoint either.

Two of my hand towels had someone else's long black curly hair in them - gross. The shower and floors looked like they had not been cleaned at all from the prior guest. The prior guest's toiletries were still in the dirty shower. The shower also did not drain so I had to shower in my own dirty after and managed to get it draining a bit by showing a comb under the plug to keep it open. However, it was still a VERY slow drain and desperately needed some drano. Beds were comfortable and clean.

The only thing negative was the cleaning products or carpet fragrance was overpowering and gave me a horrible headache maybe not use such strong fragrances alot of people are sensitive to those.

The only complaint I have is the power outage issue. I understand you can’t control the weather but have a generator so your guests will be comfortable

Coffee in lobby in evening was cold. Staff suggested I microwave it or make my own in my room. Cleaning staff did not restock coffee items from the day before.. was on first floor and internet was only 1 bar constantly in and out, that was very inconvenient as I was on a work trip and relied on that service.

Comfortable, quiet room. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Marie at reception and the breakfast room staff.. Need a light in the room coffee alcove. Overall temperature in the hotel too low, as in all Holiday Inn Express hotels. Should not have to wear a jacket at breakfast to keep warm!!.
