We absolutely loved our stay
We were in a caldera view room with hot tub. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our hot tub was maintained and cleaned every day.

It was a fantastic experience—everyone truly enjoyed their stay. The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the outdoor pool was a great place to relax. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The location is also very convenient, close to town, making it easy to explore. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was exceptional with perfect Santorini moments all day . Hotel managers at the reception were a standout. Some stairs around the property could be a challenge for older people. Superb infrastructure and good a la carte breakfasts

This was a great stay! Loved the room and views. Location is 5-7 min walk to main oia view but gets you away from the crowd. Staff, amenities and location were fantastic! Thank you!

We arrived at Grand View after having a bad experience at another place. What a difference we had here. The lady on reception (Sophia I think) was so welcoming and informative. We booked some activities with her. She had info about the island, beaches, places to eat and then got staff to show us ...

View from.the room is stunning, but glass panes/windows were not cleaned so it was a bit frustrating. But a lot of repairs are overdue for the amenities. Staff is helpful and polite, reception /check-in was amicable and helpful.
