"We had a joyful 4-day stay at Mantra Koodam and it was the highlight of our trip. If you are traveling as a group, I highly recommend the Pannaiyar Illam. The Highlights: The Villa: The house is stunning and well-appointed. The high ceilings are a lifesaver -- they kept the rooms incredibly cool and airy despite the warm afternoon sun. The indoor swing (oonjal) and the intricate bronze Dashavataram artwork gave the space a truly authentic, soulful feel. The Food: Incredible South Indian cuisine. Our favorite ritual was visiting the on-site tea stall (kadai) for authentic Kumbakonam specialty coffee every morning and afternoon. Wellness: The in-house Ayurveda treatments were professional and deeply relaxing -- a must-do after a day of temple visits. Service: The staff are exceptionally welcoming and the grounds are beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful escape. Bottom Line: This isn't just a hotel; it’s an experience. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return."

"Room was clean . ensuire was clan. Everytime you telephone for someone, they would keep giving another no , that no will give another no and then another no. This happened whenever we phoned. none of the staff knew where to refer to. THERES NO ROOM BOY TO RUN ERRANDS FOR YOU . so please prepare well ahead . to buy everything yourself and take. The breakfast you better call before you book if it is complimentary. we wete told different things by different people. The staff or the restaurant people have not got a clue about this. het an authorised email. otherwise you will end up paying as we did. Otherwise ok hotel. Will have a second thought to visit again . Thank you. "

"KPS resort is a brand new facility with currently only six rooms and the rest still being built out. I stayed for two nights during my temple tour of southern Tamilnadu. The facility is beautiful and is very close to Kumbakonam. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff are terrific. The price currently is unbeatable and may not last once it is fully built up. I strongly recommend this resort."

"the top class property near Nagore Dargah . clean and hygienic . the maintenance team in the hotel is not up to the mark . there was water shedding in one of the toilet in our dormitory room . expedia says breakfast included but reception staff shiva said buffet not included which made a bit confusion and discomfort especially when shiva said its the guest responsibility to sort it out with Expedia . but later hotel owner himself involved and gave me breakfast included . thanks to him for sorting the issue out .overall i was very much impressed with the stay . will stay next time as well insha allah "
