All of the staff members at the location from the entrance and throughout the entire building were very friendly, kind, and provided a delightful environment to be around. "Overall, this is a great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the pool area, which had limited seating—just four loungers by the pool and a few extra chairs downstairs near the bar. Service could also be improved. When we had issues with our room (such as hot water and lighting problems), it took over an hour for someone to come, even after being told help was coming right away. Simple requests, like extra water bottles, also took longer than expected."
