Le concept d'autonomie totale du client est intéressant, mais peut entrainer des "couacs". je n'avais pas reçu le code de la porte d'entrée, ni mon numéro de chambre. la chambre qui m'a été attribuée n'était pas faite. La Direction a très bien réagit en me donnant une Suite.

Sejour pour 1 nuit dans la chambre nuptiale. Pas de contacts direct avec les personnes de l'hôtel (tout se fait en ligne ou par téléphone. Points positifs : - la deco - la baignoire - la facilité d'accès à la chambre à n'importe quelle heure - équipements (grille pain, frigo, cafetière, bouilloire, grande tv) Points négatifs : - l'insonorisation (réveillés à 6h30 par une famille dans la chambre du dessus. Des bruits de pas et le sol qui craque...) peut-être prévoir un affichage pour demander aux personnes de faire attention de telle heure à telle heure pour ne pas déranger (vu que c'est un ancien batiment) - très chaud dans la chambre sans possibilité d'allumer la clim (soit défectueuse, soit la télécommande mal placée pour l'allumer. En plus elle etait vissée sur le mur) - porte des toilettes qui ne se ferme pas car pas droite. Encadrement qui se décollait du mur. Et porte d'un placard de travers...les finitions sont à revoir - lumière avec détecteur de mouvement dans les toilettes trop courte (obligé de lever le bras pour réactiver) et lumière trop forte (la nuit cela éclaire la chambre) - propreté des toilettes pas tip top - petit déjeuner tres simpliste pour 2 (4 tartines de pain, 2 yaourt beurre confiture jus d'orange boisson chaude) deja dans la chambre - parking de l'hôtel non trouvé (un plan pourrait être joint avec le sms pour bien situer l'hôtel et son parking)

Aucun accueil, le SMS avec le code d'entrée pas reçu. Aucune info sur l'organisation du petit déjeuner. Relation client inexistante. Porte de la chambre qui ferme difficilement. Isolation phonique de l'extérieur inexistante.

Pavillon ou Villa Fani
Nous avons été surclassés à la villa Fani après avoir appelé le propriétaire car il n'y avait personne au pavillon Fani. Tres belle demeure et service très bien et pratique suite à une réservation tardive le soir même.

Surclassé à la Villa Fani, Maison entièrement rénové, les chambres sont spacieuses mention particulière pour la 4 et son Bow vindow avec une très belle vue dominante sur la vallée. Proche du centre de thiers pour diner le soir, possibilité de diner sur place également mais il faut prévenir à l'avance. Propriétaire, gestionnaire trés accueillant et sympathique. 4 séjours consécutifs trés agréable.

Wir sind angekommen und es gab keine Rezeption. Man muss vorher eine Person anrufen, man bekommt einen Code für den Eingang und einen für das Zimmer. Leider müssten wir feststellen dass andere Leute auch unseren Code hatten und kam bei uns ins Zimmer... Frühstück ist im Kühlschrank.. und Brot kommt nächster Morgen auf Zimmer und gefrühstückt wird nur im Zimmer. Sehr unpersönlich, kalt . Zimmer war sehr Sauber aber sehr einfach. Wir werden es nicht nochmal buchen
