I was never given the check in instructions so I was unable to get into the property. I sent texts, emails, and even try to call, but never got any response. At 21:30, I had to find a different hotel. I tried to get a refund but I was denied.

The air conditioner barely worked and the apartment was hot. The couch had a cigarette burnin the upholstery and was stained. The check was difficult. There were no signs saying who to call to check in and get the keys. It was very difficult.

Absolutely unacceptable experience — avoid at all costs. This has been one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, the apartment had multiple issues: mediocre cleanliness, broken furniture (including a damaged chair), and Wi-Fi that didn’t work, despite being advertised. We tried reaching out via WhatsApp — no response. But the real nightmare happened when we returned at 2 a.m. during a heatwave and found the electronic door lock wasn’t working. We were locked out of the apartment completely. We called all four emergency lines provided — not a single one answered. Even Expedia couldn’t get in touch with them. We were left stranded in the middle of the night in a foreign city, with no access to our room, no access to necessary medication, and no help. We had to sleep on a friend’s floor. If we didn’t have that option, we would’ve had to pay hundreds for another hotel or worse, sleep outside. And when the office finally opened? Still no urgency, no apology, no compensation. This place is listed as having 24/7 emergency support — that’s a lie. In a real emergency, they’re completely unreachable. For over 200 euros, this was a disgrace. Mediocre cleanliness, zero support, and dangerous negligence. Avoid this place at all costs. One star is being generous.
