"It's an old building so there were issues: one day when the elevator did not work and on our last night the air conditioner on our room ( the temperature was on the 90"F all week ) did not work so we were moved to another room. Great service despite all the issues we encountered. The hotel is in the middle of city center, walkable to everything which we love so much. Good restaurant around the area. Thank you."

"We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we walked into the lobby, the hotel staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The entire family loved the spacious rooms, and we especially enjoyed the cute outdoor deck area, where you can take in views of both the local surroundings and the ocean. The breakfast exceeded our expectations as well, with a wide variety of options that suited everyone in the family. The hotel's location is unbeatable -- just a 3-minute walk to the White Tower, and within walking distance to many of the city's attractions. There are many restaurants nearby as well. The staff also helped us secure discounted family tickets for the hop-on, hop-off tour bus -- the closest stop is right next to the White Tower."

"The Hotel is one of the first very good hotels in Thessaloniki. The location is very good. Right next to the train station and to the metro station, and if someone likes walking, the he/she can always walk towards the city center and discover the city! The room was big and very clean! The isolation though is not the best, but it was nothing extreme to be honest, we still had quiet nights and we slept well! The staff was professional, client-oriented and friendly. Swimming pool was nice and i appreciated that there was a lifeguard! Especially the food at the pool bar was delicious! Breakfast was also very good and there was a variety of food to satisfy everyone! "

"Absolutely beautiful location, and the staff were very attentive throughout our stay! Right by the beach and the loungers out the front are reserved for hotel guests only. Perhaps a little expensive, and all the food and bar are extra but it’s a lovely place for a relaxing holiday."
