"Honestly I don't feel going over there again. The property seems a mess and not properly cleaned. Make sure you check with them before hand about the fridge and microwave since they have their excuses not to provide one."

"Parking is good. Hotel is clean. If you try to get thrre before their 3pm check in time they will charge a fee. $25 after 2pm and $50 before 2pm as an "early check in fee". Staff were argumentative about this despite me explaining i stay at hotels most weekends from September-May and have NEVER encountered this unless its before check out on your check in day. Breakfast was terrible. "

"Very Clean and the pool was nice and staff was so helpful. I accidentally booked a room wrong and staff was very forgiving and got me the room I needed"

"Hampton stay was nice. The room was small and cozy. I like that the hotel was across the street from a shopping center. You could shop at Ross, Marshall, Ultra and Target. There was a shoe store called DSW. If you wanted a few things from the grocery you had Giant grocery store. I love that they provide a complimentary breakfast."

"Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my overall stay at the Crowne Plaza. I had ants in my room, the room was a bit outdated and the breakfast buffet was average. The oatmeal consisted of instant packets and the overall variety of the buffet was subpar. I had to advise one of the staff that the coffee creamer had curdled. A facelift will definitely help the hotel bring back its zest. I rate the hotel a 4 out of 10 for overall satisfaction. I will say that the customer service from the staff was a 10 out of 10."
