"Hotel was exactly what we needed, central, next to a car park with a family room with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Room was clean, functional, cool. Only minor issue was the shower door was broken and would not close, it was late when we returned to the room after a day exploring Antwerp so just had quick showers and baths not to flood the room. "A very comfortable stay in great location. The room was spacious and clean, a comfortable large bed and a great shower. Breakfast gave an excellent choice but the hot counter food was left to lose its heat, so it was on the cold side when eaten. The relaxing spa wasn’t, there was no monitoring to keep it relaxing. Screaming children leaping in the pool and couples straddling each other in the jacuzzi rather spoilt the ambience. Sauna was a great temperature though."

"Upon arrival the service was impeccable. Friendly environment and wonderful staff who were very attentive. The rooms were modern, clean and offered lots of space. The location is across the street from the train station and only a few minutes to restaurants, shopping and the main square. Would highly recommend!"
