The White Palace

Fantastic staff. Great location and the clean / spacious room.

The hotel is very well situated, and we got great service (shoutout to Manuel at reception!). The public areas and the room were all very clean and well maintained. The room doors slam very loudly, and so when other guests leave or arrive early morning or late at night we hear doors slamming. It would be accommodating if complimentary water bottles were replenished daily and not just upon arrival. We would stay there again!

Clean room and comfortable bed. I was surprised that the hotel is not as renovated as I had expected — it’s nice but not THAT nice as it is an older hotel. The staff is not 5 star like in other high end hotels. For instance, the hostess at the Gold Room was not helpful and prioritized talking with another coworker showing something on her phone, and the housekeeper that brought us a mini fridge at night clearly did not want to be working. The hotel is fine but not a wow.
