"Very unethical business. I had a cancellable reservation. I had time upto 6 PM to cancel or else they will bill my credit card and hold the room for me. This is the policy of Expedia arrangement with hotel for cancellable reservations. I went in to check in at 9 PM, they had cancelled my reservation without notice! When I went in to check-in, I had no room! I had to sleep in car. Terrible experience. They had sold the room for higher price for someone else. It was graduation weekend and hotels...

"The hotel is older, definitely could use some renovations especially in the rooms. Overall we had a great stay. The check in was smooth and getting to our room was easy to find and the beds were really comfortable. The AC ran a little loud but it got the room cool. The bathroom was clean but definitely could tell it has seen better days. The breakfast options were decent, it had a few options but we definitely did not leave hungry. We would stay here again."

"Room was clean with plenty of storage. Great location not only to RDU airport but to Durahm events centers, as well. Check in and out was so easy. Bathroom lighting was poor. The hotel is located under RDU flight path so.... Rooms have LVP floors so walking and suitcase rolling in the room above you is pretty loud. I would stay here again (for a one night stay) given the cleanliness and convenient location."
