"Woke up to our door open in the middle of the night, the tv wouldn’t work. The water should have a warning especially when there’s children the water is scorching hot as soon as u turn the faucet there is no breakfast besides a cup of milk maybe a muffin. the staff don’t respond to you in a timely manner ."

"I never booked this hotel, never got a confirmation email or anything that would indicate I had ‘mistakenly’ booked a room. I didn’t know I supposedly booked a room until a call at 9:30 pm the night I was supposed to arrive. I was already checked into the hotel I had booked in the same town that evening. The front desk the next day was very unhelpful and said I was a registered guest and had to pay full rate even though I had no confirmation email from them or Orbitz. Pretty sketchy business."
