"We had a lovely stay. It may be next to the river but that’s right next to the main road through Gatlinburg. The room was generally clean and had been freshly painted in parts, but it still had an aging feel to it. Convenient for doentown and the Smoky Mountains park. "

"Hotel was clean, new, had adequate (albeit tight) parking. Staff was friendly. Close enough to the strip to walk down daily. Always felt safe at this location. Biggest issue we had was with the offered breakfast. Eggs, sausage, gravy, etc all seem to be microwave heated and served. Gravy was so salty and clumpy it was inedible. Make your own waffle station was nice. Overall a good place to stay and would stay again, but improvements in the breakfast would make it a GREAT place to stay!!"

"The indoor pool was so crowded and the outdoor pool was CLOSED. (laying out at the outdoor pool was the main reason I booked this stay.) We left a day early because we slept horribly the first night due to the constant sound of people opening their balcony doors which desperately need to be greased or repaired. The staff was very friendly (I wish I could remember the front desk ladies name she was amazing.) Also had two great interactions with a woman who was trying her best to run the hotel’s grill/restaurant all by herself. She was great. The pictures of this hotel were deceptive, but as my husband says, “You get what you pay for,” and $132 a night in Gatlinburg was definitely too good to be true. We wouldn’t stay there again but it wasn’t the fault of the staff by any means. "

"This was a perfect location for my family! The views were stunning and it was close enough to things that we wanted to do but still felt tucked away in the mountains! We LOVED the nightly entertainment! We will absolutely Be going back!"

"Breakfast was nice. Room was okay but could definitely use an update. Parking was absolutely awful. The lot is very cramped with small tight spaces. Staff were kind and polite. "

"The location is central to everything but need to work on cleaning the rooms better. The carpet was heavily stained, bedsheet was stained and sock from the previous guest was still in the room. "

"With so many beautiful well stocked rental properties in the area, staying at a hotel is not the way to go. The rooms were very small for the price per night and the noise was very bad. Not only traffic noise but other guests. Being right above the edge of the chaos of downtown is not a upside when it comes to sleep and traffic in Gatlinburg. The laundry detergent made it hard to breath as well although the rooms were very clean. The staff was excellent. However, I highly recommend renting a cabin which can be the same price per night where you get much more space, better amenities, and a lot more peace and scenery other than a parking lot and surrounding noise from other rooms. The rooftop bar is interesting but you can access that without staying in a small room there. The water in the showers also had an off smell. Would not rebook and stayed in an airbnb cabin the rest of the trip for less $ and far more rooms. "
