"The hotel is nicely fitted out and our room was comfortable. We chose to book and pay for a parking bay specifically because EV charging was advertised as available. There were several EV charging bays, however unfortunately all of the chargers were out of order during our stay. We raised this with reception when we arrived but received a fairly dismissive “sorry, nothing we can do” type of response, which was disappointing given the charging facilities had influenced our decision to book parking. We mentioned it again at checkout and, to their credit, the parking fee was refunded. Overall a comfortable stay, but the EV charging situation and initial response from reception could have been handled better."

"We liked the seamless counter check in with very happy and friendly staff, we also liked the room size and location which also had on site parking, what we didn't like was the following; Open car park, order of had secure car park Had a coffee pod machine with no pods, and ice makers with no ice in the freezer, Tap water should be filtered, Dust mites in the carpeted bedroom, our noses were blocked as the carpet contained dust mites,"

"We had the best night staying at the Esplanade. The room was spacious and the beds super comfy. A pleasant surprise to receive a bottle of sparkling for my birthday in the room on arrival. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were very accommodating and polite. The night at the bar was super busy due to Dockers playing in the second semifinal, the staff worked very efficiently and politely trying to serve everyone. All areas of the hotel appeared clean. Lovely stay, would come back."

"Difficult to locate as signage is not erected yet but good location for easy access to Fiona Stanley hospital. Brekky was ample with cereals, juices, yoghurt, breads,muffins, croissants, fruit and eggs. Newish hotel so everything in good condition. Some travellers were a bit noisy coming home late but not the hotels fault. Security access codes issued for entry after 5 pm. Close to Bunnings, cellarbrations, eateries. Mayasian and thai restaurants at Hamilton hill are both good value and yummy. Heading back again a few weeks."
