"Great place to stay! We booked this for one night during our anniversary trip. We ended up getting engaged the day we were heading here and the “congratulations” banner they put up in our room for what they thought was just our anniversary made our day even more special. Such a kind gesture!! Great views from our window (unit 1), comfortable beds, an oscillating standing fan in the room, and great water pressure in the shower. We would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you HH Gisting for a lovely stay. Note: we drove into Höfn for dinner at ate at Kaffe Hornið and it was phenomenal. Fish and chips and reindeer burger 10/10"

"Shared bath was clean, accommodated my late arrival, good wifi, and plenty of privacy. It's only a few minutes a way from the boat tours if you're interested in that. Would definitely recommend for travelers in the south."
