9/10 Wonderful! (3,197 reviews)
Clean room & ensuite & very comfortable bed.
Tight-spaced basement room not the most accommodating but price arguably conceded that downside.

8.4/10 Very good! (1,006 reviews)
The room was dirty and unkempt. Towels had stains, there was rust on the towel warmer, the warmer didn’t even work, the shower sprayer was either unclean or had a nasty looking stain, One of the room lights was out and property instructions were unclear. Also the grout on the shower floor was missing. I felt unclean in this room And would not stay here again. Don’t trust the near 5 start rating of this property as listed
