The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the bell desk worker (who's been there for over 40 years) was very welcoming :) The hotel is clean with cute local shops and places to eat, and the beds are super comfy! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip."

"Loved the speakeasy. Bri was amazing! As far as the room, the bathroom was dirty and I mean DIRTY! It looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in months. I have pictures I will happily share. This is how dirty the floor was. It had an old contact lens amongst other dirt and grime around the sink and in the corners. The shower had mold growing in the corner. A little bit of bleach goes a long way! The towel knob was falling off the wall. The rest of the room seemed nice. They did not have an extra blanket in the room and I was told I was lucky to even get one when the front desk delivered one. It wasn’t a bad experience, just would have preferred for things to be cleaner. Ice machines did not work and no fridge in the room."
