Lovely stuff, Great Location and best service!

This is my second time to stay at this property, I also booked the same for my next trip to Bahrain. I strongly recommend people who are looking to stay calm place, Good customer service and lovely stuff, Amazing food and great location to stay in hotel.

Great hotel .. definitely will stay again here

The hotel is new, stuff were a friendly, the only issue was with the housekeeping where they simply remove the towel on the second day of my stay and keep me with one towel only, on my last day they were no towels at all but I had to call the Reception and ask for two large towels, and they ended up with one towel only; when I ask the housekeeping guy to get me an extra towel, he told me OK and then he disappear. Also, the hotel has Lebanese restaurant on first floor, the food was really amazing and Shisha is good too.

Lovely Hotel

I was surprise at the size of the apartment, very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has a washing machine which was very great. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The Perfect hotel

Very very amazing hotel from the reception all the way to the room. The way they welcomed us, the attention and being fast in their service. The room was gorgeous, clean, very quiet and spacious. I can’t talk enough about it and for sure I’m going back to it next time. Thank you The Seven.

Disappointing Stay

This hotel unfortunately fell short of expectations. The most significant issue was the ongoing construction directly adjacent to the property. The constant noise and vibrations made relaxation impossible and significantly impacted the enjoyment of our stay. Furthermore, while we booked a sea view room, the view was obstructed by constructions. This was a major letdown, especially considering the premium we paid for a room with a sea view. To add to the disappointment, we encountered several instances of unfriendly and unhelpful staff.

I booked this hotel because it had a kitchen knowing that I’d want to cook breakfast in the mornings only to find out they don’t provide eating utensils or even one cooking pan. I asked the kitchen who said they don’t provide it. I called housekeeping who also said the same. I’m traveling in from another country and didn’t think I’d have to pack kitchen utensils. The other thing is I opened the curtains to take in the view but the windows being so filthy made it impossible. It seems as if months of dirt accumulated into the window’s making me feel like I didn’t want to spend any time in the room.
