"The man at the reception desk is very cold. No emphaty at all. No information about the time of the breakfast, restaurant etc.
In the room there's a QR code to know about the offered services....it does not work. In short I'll find another hotel next time."

"We were welcomed by a friendly member of staff who went through everything about the hotel. He spoke very good English, which we appreciated.
