Top The Round Top Historical Society Hotel Reviews
Studio 6 – Giddings, Tx
10/10 Excellent
"Clean rooms. New hotel. No eating facilities, but right next door to a truck stop and sandwich shop. Had to cut my stay short due to external problems and the hotel refunded for the unused days."
"I'm originally from Brenham, but no longer live here but when I stay in town, my wife and I always stay at this motel six because it is simply amazing from the staff, the cleanliness and location. They have always gone above and beyond and out of their way to help us from early check-in's to pets to everything. Thank you so much for always making our travel so much easier. "
"This Motel 6 is incredibly clean and very well maintained. For me, it is like a good Yamaha acoustic guitar with a good tone and at a very nice price.
Applebees is within walking distance. Whataburger, Denny's, and Walmart are all close. I prefer to stay here and drive the additional 70 miles or so to get to Harris County, when I need to. "
"The Giddings Executive Inn is an old Inn but owners have clean room, but no amenities such as paper tissues; no breakfast served; no white fluffy towels. Outside is very dated and not the best condition. Jay, the owner, is very friendly, helpful and cordial. The Inn was very busy with out-of-town workers but they were exceptionally quiet. "
"I booked for my mother and father who is disabled. The staff made it very accessible to get my father’s wheelchair in and out. Clean rooms, comfy beds 10 out of 10"
"The property was well maintained, clean and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Check in and out was a breeze. The dining area offered a nice selection at breakfast. One thing I wasn't used to was going to the counter and placing my request for breakfast selections. Most hotels are self serve. This wasn't a negative, just something I wasn't expecting. Over all, I'd recommend staying here."
