"We stayed in room 307- it smelled absolutely disgusting of cigarette smoke. Front desk gave us cleaning spray to help, we had all 4 windows opened and no relief in the atrocious smell. Front desk stay said they were sold out of rooms and could not move us at all. I understand circumstances come up and the front desk staff was professional it was just extremely frustrating and frankly totally unacceptable. We could not even stay in our room and the smell was primarily in the bathroom so we couldn’t even utilize our bathroom because of the extreme cigarette smoke smell. Housekeeping should never have left the room in that condition. They should’ve propped windows open. They should’ve had the fan running or done something before making that room available at 4 PM when we checked in."

"The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very nice and updated. I was traveling with two kids and they absolutely loved the pool and breakfast. My only negative was that in the middle of the night someone walked into our room because they were assigned it even tho we were there. They did offer complimentary snacks for the kids but after that I really didn’t sleep much that night I was a mom traveling alone with my daughter and her friend.i didn’t deadbolt the door because we had friends next door. "

"My electric plug didn’t woke in the bathroom (only one). The lights in the bathroom was not bright enough the mirror or the overhead light. "

"The beds were terrible - the room smelled of smoke, the pillows were terrible and overall the room was dirty. Looked as if someone did a quick wipe and emptied the trash. I wouldn't even take my sicks off. "

"The hotel is very out dated and not maintained. Our room had no headboards, but you could still see where they'd taken the old ones off. Our sheets were stained as well as the carpet and walls. The bathroom faucet hot water tap didnt work. It was very noisy on the 4th floor and the elevator...omg....its a death trap!"
