"Great"

"Check in was fast because I used the Hilton app. Got to the room and it was missing bathroom lotion. Went to the front desk to ask for some and the guy looked in a couple of drawers and then said sorry, no idea where those and walked away and got back on the computer. Luckily a super nice housekeeping lady helped us out. The beds although super comfortable, squeaked with every move. The AC was cold but rattled so much it was hard to sleep. Suites are setup super weird. It is spacious but the table and TV setup is off. The TV kept freezing and the only suggestion from the desk was unplug it. We tried and it would freeze again. Never offered any other help. Breakfast was typical low budget breakfast. So, the beds are comfy but expect issues with no one willing to help "

"It took 45-minutes to find my reservation, even with a confirmation number. My card didn’t work for the elevator the 2nd day. The pool had not been opened ye, because it hadn’t been inspected yet. They charged me an extra $40.00 after we had checked out, even though we didn’t use any “amenities”, not even their soaps. For the amount they charged me, I was not very happy with them. Would not stay their again."

"Each morning, we woke up to cockroaches in the bathroom. The bed coverlet had a huge, jagged hole in it at the head of the bed. I looked like it had been chewed on. Walls were paper thin. Bed was very comfortable and location was great. Initial front desk service was great! At check out, I asked for a tissue and was told no, they didn't have any. Pool was green and hadn't been cleaned the sitting water stunk. Sorry was not the greatest experience."

"Didn't eat breakfast but appeared very light contentinal. Room was clean. Appears new lvp floors. Mini fridge freezer was frozen over and unable to close properly and no furniture for sitting area"

"Very basic. Motel is old and kept to the basis necessities. You get what you pay for. Good location right off the freeway. "
