We recently traveled to the Dominican Republic as a group of three families and stayed at the TRS Turquesa Hotel. Our experience was made absolutely seamless and unforgettable thanks to our incredible butler, Norielis.
From day one, she went above and beyond for us. Coordinating dining for three separate families can be a challenge, but Norielis managed to get us all tables together on our very first night, and she successfully ensured we dined together every single evening of our stay.
She also secured a large table for our entire group at the Chic Cabaret & Restaurant show, which was a phenomenal experience that everyone in our party absolutely loved. Norielis’s attention to detail, warmth, and dedication represent the very best of TRS Turquesa. If you get the chance to work with her, you are in the best hands!
