I had a really good stay. Location is convenient and close to everything and transport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym had a great rooftop view and had a great space, although there was not even one leg machine. The breakfast was also good.

We stayed in Den Haag for 3 nights and were overall happy with the hotel. Novotel has a great location and friendly staff. Especially Bas, he was fantastic! It’s close to the Passage, a tram station, and the Binnenhof with plenty of restaurants in the area as well. The room was large, bright, and clean. My main issue is with the bathroom. The shower had a broken water temp fixture and the shower head did not go out far enough so it felt like you had to be pressed against the wall to shower. The toilet was in a separate location from the sink which felt a little gross as you needed to walk into the other room to wash your hands. However, this was by no means a bad stay and I would recommend if you’re staying in Den Haag!

The staff was wonderful and friendly. Niels in particular was very kind. The breakfast buffet (paid) was very good and the bottle filler was a nice touch in the lobby. I was surprised that the room was a little dated considering how nice the lobby was. Carpet was a bit dingy and the lack of shower door was a mess, causing water to spill out of the shower and onto the floor.

This is a beautiful property located in the Passage centre and very close tot eh Royal shopping district Staff were helpful and friendly. Buses and trams are only 200mtrs from the door. There is a convenience store, and lots of dining options. Luggage storage was secure.
