Hotellet hadde 3stjerner, men 1 hadde vært riktig. Nedslitt hotell, og ikke oppvarmet når vi kom. Vinduet på rommet vi fikk - lot seg ikke lukke. Dårlig rengjorde. Lytt mellom rom. Vil glemme oppholdet fortest mulig, men et fint område.

Er was niet goed gecommuniceerd dat het niet goed was voor mindervaliden. Ook grote afstand naar parkeerplaats. Bij ontbijt geen pindakaas, smeerkaas of chocopasta. In avond niet gezellig bar functie of koffie mogelijkheden terwijl er ook in de hotelkamer geen thee/ koffie faciliteite zijn. Personeel was wel zeer vriendelijk.

Op de kamer is de vitrage kapot . Hele banen behang komen van de muren . Stopcontact kapot en aanwezige radio doet het niet. De receptie ziet er armoedig uit. Alles is oud, donker en versleten. Het lijkt me voor het personeel geen plezierige en gezonde werkomgeving. Ik zal dit hotel niet aanbevelen bij vrienden en bekenden.

Die Lage und der private Parkplatz für 10 € pro Nacht sind das Highlight. Von Außen sieht das Hotel nett aus, jedoch direkt hinter der Eingangstür beginnt eine Zeitreise in die Vergangenheit. Die Rezeption und Bar ist alt und der Teppichboden löst sich und schlägt Wellen, wodurch es schmuddelig wirkt. Die Betten und Zimmerböden sind okay. Die Badezimmer sind auch alt u Gardinen hängen dreckig runter. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung und wird regelmäßig aufgefüllt.

This is a nice quiet hotel just off the beaten path, but still easy to get to and very close to restaurants, shops, and the coast. The room was small but comfortable. The only thing missing was a power outlet close to the desk.

Het was een gedateerd hotel, de mensen waren vriendelijk en het was schoon, het is duidelijk aan een opknap beurt toe. Behang los.wel lekker dicht bij het centrum.

Very bad reception

My friend was staying in the hotel and i came to pick him up in the morning and joined him during the breakfast. Then this guy from the reception came middle of the breakfast telling that we will have to pay extra and its weird that we didnt pay for it. We wxplained him that i was visiting and we are not running away. The way he treated us was horrible and we will never come back to this place!!!!

Not a good hotel

I could not sleep on the first night at all due to bad smell, I thought it was the smell of dogs, as they allow dogs to stay in. The hotel staff put incense sticks and room scent which helped me to sleep the next day but the hygiene was still an issue.

Toller Ort für einen Strandurlaub, die Lage des Hotels ist ok, ziemlich zentral, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist leider nicht sehr sauber und müsste mal renoviert werden. Der schmutzige Teppich im Restaurant und die Stockflecken im Bad fallen einem sofort ins Auge. Auch auf der Terrasse liegt noch das Laub vom letzten Winter. Wir haben das Restaurant ausprobiert, leider konnten wir nicht von der Karte Wählen, sondern hatten eine begrenzte Speisenauswahl auf einem handschriftlichen Zettel zur Auswahl. Das Essen war allerdings wirklich gut. Super zubereitet, das Gemüse auf den Punkt gegart und das Lamm war sehr gut!

Met zussen herinneringen ophalen

Wij zaten op de tweede verdieping dan heb je gelijk het probleem als er iemand de trap af op komt kun jij er niet af omdat het te smal is. We sliepen met z'n drieën op een kamer dus weinig ruimte. Schijnbaar hadden ze op die kamer een hond gehad want de muur was aangevreten en stuk behang er af dat vind ik dan weer niet prettig dat er honden op die kamer zijn geweest. Doucheschuifdeur sloot niet en de toilet liep elke keer lang door niet prettig als er iemand s'nachts naar de toilet moet en je heel lang dat ding hoort. Maar het ergste vonden we wel dat we al vanaf half tien iemand van het personeel zochten om iets te kunnen bestellen meerdere malen naar de bar en receptie geweest en gebeld maar kwam niemand. En toen er eindelijk iemand bij de receptie zat was het te laat om nog cappuccino te bestellen om kwart voor elf wilden we nog drie flesjes water mee nemen naar de kamer en zat alles zelfs al dicht en was het donker en dat terwijl de bar tot 23:00 open zou zijn. Wij zijn hier 10 jaar terug met onze moeder geweest was het ook al niet zo top maar deze keer sloeg het echt alles nooit meer voor ons dus!!!

Bad Hotel as per name

After one delayed and one cancelled flight I booked a room from this place. I booked it because all hotels in Amsterdam were full due to storm weather around the airport. What a huge mistake it turned out to be. Took a 100€ taxi drive to Noordwijk just to notice that the door is locked. First I thought it's not a problem and called the hotel number. Turned out that the guy answering the phone was sitting in another (fully booked) hotel and told me that reception workers had already gone home. There should've been keys left for me but nope. Asked if he could at least call me a taxi - not possible. Instead he listed some hotels nearby which turned out to be also full. At least the owners have some sense of humour to name it Bad Hotel. They actually don't have anyone able to come to hotel during night if something happens. Anyway still, I will definitely book a stay there later this summer just to see the people behind this re-invention of customer service and helpfulness.

Quiet, functional, cheap hotel that delivers

This small hotel is pleasant enough to stay at when you don't need much more than a place to shower, sleep & store your things during the day. It's not much to look at, but it does what it needs to do: comfortable bed/s, simple bathroom & wardrobe facilities, tv & most importantly (for my stay) free internet included in the room. There is a dining room where breakfast & other meals are served, but I didn't try it, prefering to eat out each morning & night at somewhere local. Located away from the main areas, it was very quiet, yet still easily within reach of shops & restaurants when needed. Most times the service was very friendly & efficient (although that was a big problem everywhere else in Noordwijk, particularly at restaurants), but with no reception working at night (between 23-07) you have to hope nothing wrong happens then or need to book things like taxis in advance. On the whole, given the room rate is very cheap, it was a nice stay & I would recommend the hotel if you don't need much more than the basics in a place to stay.

We werden gastvrij ontvangen en mochten rond 12.00 uur onze koffer achter de balie plaatsen. Later op de avond hebben we ons ingeschreven. De koffer werd netjes naar onze kamer gebracht. De 1e nacht maakte de airco veel herrie, Het ontbijt was prima en de 2e nacht geen last van de airco meer gehad. Ook het uitchecken na het ontbijt was prima, de koffer werd beneden netjes in onze auto gezet en konden we huiswaarts keren. Prima Prima
