"Nice folks. Clean. In a good location-they have a parking lot. They checked in by phone day-of my stay to insure my check-in. An older home but cosy and convenient. I would certainly return!"

"I had a stay booked at another location and when I checked in, I was mortified by the filth and disrepair. I had to leave the first location right away due to its horrid state, and booked Coastal Sands extremely last minute; what a pleasant surprise! The front desk gentleman, Loki, could not have been more polite and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean, and had every amenity we needed to stay comfortably for 5 days. This hotel is convenient (walking distance) to the boardwalk and piers, beach and convention center. We will stay here again!"

"Our room was surprisingly small but it worked! The place was very clean and the staff was outside cleaning and sweeping all day. The only thing... the pool was not inviting. It looked kind of green. Also, the hot tub was closed. We did have access to 2 other pools at connecting properties so that made up for it. I recommend this hotel. Location is great! Nice roof top for relaxing and people watching on the boardwalk."

"Having two pools is a nice thing however only one side has the lounge area it would be nice if both sides had it there was nowhere to lounge out on the C building. Also having more towels inside the room everything else was great free coffee unlimited and free ice was fantastic."

"The owners have repainted the property recently and it looks pleasing. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Even if you do not need maid service, they provide each room with towels and toiletries for each night of stay. There is ample parking on the property. Could use a bike rack on the property. The overhead a/c works well but is loud when sleeping and should consider wall mounted TV swivels for double bed occupancies. Will stay there again."
