"We were provided with a clean, well maintained travel pack and play for our little one. We had a long day on our first day and late to check in and the staff was very kind to bring the pack and play up to pur room with extra set of blanket to cushion the pack and play. That gesture goes a long way and was very much appreciated. Thank you! "

"The location of this property is excellent and the grounds are so beautiful. So worth it to be off the main strip and pwrk of preferred parking free coupon at dollywood! The music in the lobby is great every night and the beds and pillows are comfortable and towels were soft. Everything seems pretty new. This would easily be a 5 star review except for a few quirks about the room itself- Clothing/shelving storage is a bit odd- open cabinets instead of a usual dresser. No cups in the bathroom (and can’t get any if you call). Front desk staff friendly but bland when we checked in."

"Please go spend your money elsewhere! We have to autistic daughters who have an extreme age difference. The room we paid for said online it had 2 twin beds. We got there and it only had one for them to share. I called management and asked to get whatbi paid for sue to our daughters sensory issues and they told me nothing was available. After we left and i asked for a partial refund because we were not given what we paid for as well as the community amenities were not functioning and the ones that were were disgusting, he rufused to give us a resonable refund and stated if i were to have told him our daughters were autistic he would have provided us with a different room. Telling him my daughters are autistic is a violation of the ADA and i dont have to make that known to thembwhen i alteady booked and paid for a room to suit my daughters needs. Absolutely ridiculous. There community pool area was disgusting bandaids everywhere-used ones, spilled drinks that were not cleaned up, pool was so disgustingly dirty you wouldn't see through the water, the steam room and sauna they avertised were out of order. The unitnwe stayed in the fridge barely worked floor boards were split. I have stayed in motels in better condition than this so called resort"

"I’d give the hotel 3.5/5 stars. Pros: cost and location, staff friendly and housekeeping was great. Water pressure in shower/tib was great. They have laundry vending machines if u need to wash/dry. Cons: my extra door swing safety lock did not work. As a woman alone traveling that is not good. Maintenance should check things regularly to ensure safety. The balcony rooms produce a lot of light at night because the balcony lights stay on. Curtains can only do so much. I wear a sleep mask so it was not an issue but could be for some. Also some of the balcony rooms like mine were close to the main road so it was a little louder. Balcony chairs were so uncomfortable. Beds were not comfortable. Too hard. I never used the pillows used my own. Breakfast never looked exciting so I can’t comment on the taste. I did get mini bagels and cream cheese and apple juice which were good."
