"Entered room to 2 used towels (1 in shower and 1 hanging behind bathroom door), no clean towels and a stained bedspread. Immediately reported to staff at front desk, received towels for the night but did not receive any additional towels or any evidence of housekeeping staff in our room. No one came to take dirty towels out either. Stayed 3 nights and had multiple rooms and none of us had any housekeeping services. Hotel was packed due to graduation in town. Obvious that hotel was incredibly understaffed. Breakfast was pitiful. Ran out of everything multiple times and replacement of items was about 1/4 of what was needed to accommodate all the guests. Coffee frequently gone. Staff was nice but never seemed to do much about any of the issues. Manager was non-existent. Really disappointed but all hotels were booked so had no other option but to deal with it. Would not recommend."
