"Stayed here for 7 nights in August 2025. We found the resort spotlessly clean, the staff were all polite and efficient, the quality of the food was very good and the variety was good too. Excellent security on the front gate, free easy car parking. Very eco friendly with no use of plastics. Water bottles are glass and there are water points around the resort to refill your own water containers. "Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper!
Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place.
