"Parking was safe. Breakfast was processed food that was prepared according to manufacturer’s instructions. Quality of breakfast was fair at best, however this has become Foodservice standard in America. Re-heat, assemble, serve. Understandable (sadly)."

"Great staff and room was clean. Appreciative of the affordability and kindness of the staff, and how close it is to the University. Would definitely stay again for a cheap stay!"

"Incredibly impressed with this hotel! Every area we entered was incredibly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in (in the running with Westin’s heavenly bed). Most impressive was the staff! The woman who manages continental breakfast area goes above and beyond (constantly checking and restocking everything) and is so welcoming! One evening when we returned my husband had asked a woman working at the front desk what time the coffee would be available in the lobby, since he needed to get up early. She said it’s available 24/7 but then asked what time he would be up so she could make sure there was a fresh pot for him! When I checked out, I told the gal at the front desk (Caydance) how much I loved the bed. She explained that they get a lot of similar feedback so had assembled information on the various products for any guests who want it. She offered to send it to my email and she absolutely followed through! I don’t believe I’ve ever been as impressed as I am with the staff at this hotel. "

"Room was clean. Had a slight musty smell. I bought an air freshener as I was there for four nights and it was fine. Staff was nice and helpful. It's very convenient. Walking distance to so many local places. One of the lights didn't work which made it a little dark in the room, but it wasn't a big issue. "

"We were there for a Marathon, so we asked for a courtesy late checkout. They gave us 1 extra hour for a $75 charge. Seems they rather take advantage of customers rather than extending a courtesy. Will try to avoid Candelwood Suites in the future"
