Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. "We had an excellent stay, would highly recommend. Superb breakfast, delicious food, great range including freshly made pancakes (the kids loved the machine!). The pool was fantastic. Room very quiet and comfortable. Could have done with more tea and milk. Was great having a fridge with plenty of room for our own drinks. Sofa bed allocated to the 2 children was a little small and bouncy (if one moved the other felt it, plus metal frame was exposed) but ok for a couple of nights. Not many plugs or charging points. Would definitely stay again, great location, near the station and all the shops and restaurants. Parked in broad st mall 10 min walk away at a discounted rate."
